Rental Rates
We have 4 hour minimums. We also have 24 hour, weekly and monthly rates.
Reservation
Can be made in advance and require a deposit that is non-refundable due to cancellation. Reservations must be made to ensure items are available for your rental needs. If a reservation is not made, items are not guaranteed to be available on walk-in basis.
Customer Pick-Up
Require a deposit plus the rental fee and a valid driver’s license along with a copy of your vehicle registration if you are a first time customer.
Delivery and Pick-Up
This needs to be scheduled in advance. A charge is made for this service. Items delivered and picked up truck-to-door. Should customer request delivery other than truck-to-door, they assume responsibility for any potential damage or additional charges that may be incurred. All rental items must be available to our staff and ready for pickup unless prior arrangements have been made.
Deposits and Refunds
A deposit is required on ALL orders. The amount of deposit will vary with the size of the order and the items rented. Any refunds of deposits due are returned after order is checked in.
Insurance
Once the equipment leaves the yard, you are responsible for it until it is returned. Contractors must contact insurance agent for a RIDER on equipment rental insurance.
Damage Waiver
All our equipment has a damage waiver fee of 10% the total rental cost. This does not cover any damage due to misuse of the equipment.
Check Your Order
You are responsible for all items on your contract once you have signed. All orders are double-checked to ensure accuracy. However, if you feel there is a discrepancy, please do not hesitate to call immediately. Upon return all orders are individually checked.
